GSP is excited to continue our tradition of gathering in person in 2023 for our Biennial Convening! Planning is underway and we have a lot of exciting ideas, but we want to hear from YOU, our members, about how we can make this convening exceptional.
Our theme, “The Forward Moment,” is a reminder that while we have made the push for equitable grantmaking for years, the moment to push forward, put our ideas into practice, and make progress is now.
Our convening will take place in Florida on August 30 – September 1. Our discussions will focus on four key areas: Climate, LGBTQ+, Immigrant, and Criminal Justice. So, tell us: what do you need from GSP’s convening? What do you hope this space will offer that other convenings have not? What has GSP done in the past that you’d like to see repeated?
Join us virtually on Thursday, January 19th from 2 – 3:30 pm EDT for our first Member Listening Session of the year. Guided by GSP steering committee member and Biennial Convening ambassador Sam Jackson, we’ll discuss all things Convening, including programming, partnerships, Learning Tours, and more. Bring your ideas and requests and be ready to share!
